What You’ll Be Doing as a Lettings Negotiator
- Managing a high volume of rental enquiries and converting them into successful property viewings.
- Conducting tours of residential properties and providing detailed information to prospective tenants.
- Facilitating negotiations between landlords and applicants to secure the best possible tenancy terms.
- Coordinating the administrative stages of the move-in process, including referencing and compliance checks.
- Actively sourcing new business opportunities to grow the existing rental portfolio and hit individual targets.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 months of experience working as a Lettings Negotiator or within a fast-paced property environment.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to handle a busy schedule involving Saturday shifts.
- Clear and professional communication skills to build trust with a high-end client base.
- A results-oriented approach to sales with a focus on earning individual commissions.
- A valid UK driving licence and your own vehicle are required for this Lettings Negotiator
