Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 6:30pm, Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm, Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm (every 3rd Saturday off), One morning off during the week (Tuesday or Thursday)

What You’ll Be Doing as a Lettings Negotiator:
- Supporting prospective tenants from enquiry to move-in
- Conducting viewings and following up with interested applicants
- Handling tenant enquiries and offering local market advice
- Managing administrative processes related to lettings
- Learning the full lettings lifecycle with ongoing mentorship and support

To succeed in this Lettings Negotiator role, you’ll need:
