Key Responsibilities for the Lettings Negotiator:
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective tenants, providing exceptional service and expert advice.
- Conduct property viewings, confidently showcasing available lettings properties and highlighting key features to potential tenants.
- Negotiate terms between landlords and tenants, ensuring successful agreements and fostering strong professional relationships.
- Support landlords with advice on property management and legal compliance related to lettings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends, ensuring accurate and professional advice is provided to clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property or a similar role is essential, ideally as a Lettings Negotiator or in property lettings and sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required for this role.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Proficiency with property management software and MS Office is desirable but not essential.
