What You’ll Be Doing as a Lettings Manager
- Managing day-to-day office operations and driving team performance as the headline Lettings Manager.
- Auditing available stock regularly to guarantee accurate, competitive market pricing.
- Securing tenancy renewals and maintaining maximum landlord retention across the portfolio.
- Minimising instructions lost to local competitors, targeting fewer than two losses per quarter.
- Accelerating property turnarounds to re-let vacant units swiftly to premium tenants.
- Enforcing absolute compliance through strict adherence to company terms of business.
