- Handling inbound phone and email enquiries from prospective tenants and booking viewings
- Supporting with in-person and virtual property tours when required
- Uploading ID checks, tenancy documents, and compliance files accurately and on time
- Logging and tracking maintenance issues, resident updates, and tenancy milestones
- Assisting with move-ins and move-outs including key handovers and check-in/check-out coordination
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and in-house teams to manage works or appointments
- Maintaining CRM systems and ensuring records are updated regularly
- Preparing basic tenancy-related correspondence and resident communications
- Providing administrative support to tenancy renewals, end-of-tenancy processes, and deposit handling
- Supporting with coordination of resident engagement activities or events as needed
- Monitoring document accuracy and filing hard and digital copies in line with compliance standards
✅ Strong admin experience, ideally within lettings, property, or residential services
✅ Great communication skills – clear, professional, and friendly
✅ Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
✅ High attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes
✅ The initiative to manage your own workload and ask the right questions
✅ Experience using tenancy or property systems (preferred but not essential)
✅ A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach to day-to-day duties
