Your Role as a Leasing Assistant
As a Leasing Assistant, you will be at the forefront of ensuring prospective and current residents receive a first-class service. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with leasing enquiries and conducting property viewings.
- Engaging with prospective residents and guiding them through the leasing process.
- Supporting the move-in and move-out process efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the resident experience.
- Collaborating with the wider property management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
