What You’ll Be Doing as a Junior Property Manager
- Supporting the senior team in managing a diverse West Essex residential portfolio.
- Assisting with property inspections and ensuring all homes are maintained to a high standard.
- Coordinating reactive maintenance repairs and liaising with approved contractors.
- Managing the move-in and move-out processes, including deposit registrations and basic statutory consultation processes.
- Building foundational relationships with landlords and tenants through regular, professional communication.
What We’re Looking For
- Some prior experience in a property, administrative, or customer-facing environment.
- A basic understanding of the West Essex area and an interest in the residential sector.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy office setting.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for attending site visits.
