Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum (Realistic OTE: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum)

Key Responsibilities
Keeping things running smoothly – You’ll oversee our internal CRM system, ensuring everything is up-to-date, working as it should, and optimised for the business.
Helping new starters hit the ground running – From IT setup to software access, you’ll make sure new employees are ready to roll from day one.
Supporting digital document management – Ensuring workflows are smooth and liaising with vendors to keep everything running like clockwork.
Looking after our communication systems – Whether it’s telephony or internal platforms, you’ll keep everyone connected.
Data & reporting magic – Helping improve our internal reporting tools and ensuring data accuracy to support smarter decision-making.
E-Commerce platform wizardry – Working with external providers to optimise and upgrade systems.
Building strong relationships – Acting as the go-to person for third-party software and tech providers.
Improving processes and workflows – Spotting ways we can work better, faster, and smarter across departments.
Supporting training & development – Keeping our internal guides and materials up to date so the team is always equipped with the right knowledge.
Requirements
✅ A natural problem solver who thrives on efficiency and organisation.
✅ IT-literate with an understanding of software platforms, data systems, and digital workflows.
✅ Experience in project coordination, operations, or similar roles.
✅ Confident communicator, happy to liaise with both internal teams and third-party providers.
✅ Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and keep things on track in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Forward-thinking approach to business technology and process improvement.
✅ Experience in the property sector? Nice to have, but not essential!
