Working Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 11:00am – 7:00pm
- Develop and coordinate a diverse and inclusive fitness timetable designed to meet a wide range of resident goals and abilities.
- Recruit, brief, and manage freelance instructors to ensure the delivery of high-quality and consistent sessions.
- Take ownership of the operational standards of all fitness facilities, ensuring spaces are safe, welcoming, and on-brand.
- Introduce new wellness initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and resident challenges to boost participation and engagement.
- Build strong relationships with residents, encouraging feedback and fostering a positive fitness culture within the community.
- Liaise with on-site teams and management to align fitness programmes with overall resident experience strategies.
- Analyse participation data and report on performance trends to help shape future wellbeing offerings.
- Oversee inventory and maintenance of equipment, ensuring all assets are functional, safe, and professionally presented.
- Support marketing and communication efforts to promote upcoming events, classes, and resident fitness success stories.
- Deliver occasional on-site classes or taster sessions where appropriate, to help inspire engagement and showcase programme quality.
- Proven background in fitness programme or leisure management, ideally within residential, hospitality, or leisure settings.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to fitness environments.
- Recognised fitness qualifications (e.g. Level 3 Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Certification).
- A proactive, people-first mindset with a passion for community engagement.
- Desirable: First Aid certification and experience using digital resident platforms.
