Role Overview Day Residential Concierge
- As a Day Residential Concierge you will deliver exceptional hospitality across premium Build to Rent amenity spaces
- Manage resident check ins, parcel logging, and room bookings using digital property management portals
- Support vibrant community living by assisting with onsite resident events and wellness initiatives
- Conduct daily visual audits of co working areas, resident lounges, and communal grounds to uphold high standards
- Act as the primary onsite contact for access control, building security, and contractor management
- Address resident maintenance requests promptly to ensure a seamless and modern living experience
Essential Requirements for the Day Residential Concierge
- Demonstrated background working within the Build to Rent sector
- Outstanding customer service skills with a hospitality driven approach to resident care
- Experience using digital property management portals and parcel logging systems
- Proactive attitude towards resolving resident queries and maintaining communal spaces
- Ability to work a regular 4 on 4 off shift structure
