Key Responsibilities
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors as a Day Concierge.
- Delivering outstanding front-of-house service, ensuring residents’ needs are met efficiently and courteously.
- Managing security and access control to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Overseeing daily operations within the building, ensuring communal areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Liaising with residents, contractors, and property management teams to coordinate services and resolve issues.
- Handling enquiries, deliveries, and assisting with resident requests in a timely manner.
- Upholding company standards and ensuring all interactions reflect a commitment to exceptional living experiences.
Requirements
✅ Previous experience in a hotel or residential Day Concierge role.
✅ Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive and professional approach.
