Your Role as a Conveyancing Paralegal
As a key member of the conveyancing department, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth and efficient property transactions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting fee earners with a varied caseload of residential property transactions.
- Preparing legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage reports.
- Carrying out Land Registry searches and liaising with external parties such as estate agents and mortgage lenders.
- Managing client communications and keeping them informed throughout the process.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in conveyancing.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal in a legal firm.
- Strong understanding of residential property transactions.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
