A well-established property consultancy, known for its strong presence across North & East London, is looking to expand its team with a Commercial Agency Negotiator. With an office located in vibrant Shoreditch, you’ll join the largest team of commercial agents in the region, working alongside seasoned professionals and adding valuable retail and leisure agency experience to the group.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Commercial Agency Negotiator
As a Commercial Agency Negotiator, you’ll focus on sourcing and securing commercial retail and leisure opportunities, negotiating deals, and managing client relationships across a dynamic market. You’ll work closely with Associate Directors and other senior negotiators, contributing to the team’s continued success. With around 30 agents supporting each other, you’ll benefit from an experienced structure that values collaboration and individual performance.
You will:
- Lead and manage retail and leisure negotiations within the North & East & City of London markets
- Build and maintain a strong network of landlords, tenants, and developers
- Provide market advice and conduct viewings, inspections, and deal closures
- Deliver excellent client service with a results-driven mindset
- Achieve and exceed targets, with a rewarding commission and bonus structure
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Commercial Agency Negotiator with a solid foundation in retail/leisure agency work. Ideally, you’ll bring 3–5 years’ experience, but we’re open to more senior profiles and can offer an enhanced package for the right level of expertise. You should have:
- Proven experience in commercial retail or leisure agency
- A strong understanding of London’s retail and leisure property market
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ambition to grow within a supportive and thriving team
- A full driving licence (car allowance provided)
