What You’ll Be Doing as a (Client Accountant)
- Managing the daily financial transactions for property owners as a Client Accountant.
- Producing comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial reports for clients.
- Supervising the movement of funds between client and service charge accounts.
- Resolving rent or service charge receipt issues promptly.
- Ensuring the highest standards of client data integrity as a Client Accountant.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to provide financial clarity on managed assets.
- Working as an essential Client Accountant within our expanding Manchester team.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrable experience in a client-facing accounting role.
- A thorough understanding of client money protection regulations.
- The flexibility to work 2 days in our Manchester office and 3 days from home.
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- A proactive Client Accountant with a client-first approach to service.
