What You’ll Be Doing as a (Client Accountant)
- Providing high-level financial support to property developers and investors.
- Acting as a Client Accountant to ensure all income is correctly allocated and reported.
- Performing regular bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow.
- Handling client queries regarding financial statements and fund balances.
- Integrating with our property management teams as a specialist Client Accountant.
- Supporting the onboarding of new portfolios into our management system.
- Driving financial excellence in your role as a Client Accountant in Peterborough.
What We’re Looking For
- Accounting experience specifically within the property or professional services industry.
- AAT qualification or higher is preferred but not essential.
- Commitment to a hybrid model featuring 2 days in the Peterborough office and 3 days remote.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
- An analytical Client Accountant who excels at problem-solving.
