We are seeking a Chartered Surveyor (Rural) Associate or Salaried Partner to support existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities across the region. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:

  • Valuations for tax and accounting in line with RICS Red Book standards.
  • Management and strategic advice for rural estates, farms, and mixed-use holdings.
  • Sales and lettings of rural and agricultural property.
  • Diversification strategies for landowners and rural businesses.
  • Planning and delivery of rural development projects.

 Key Responsibilities of the Chartered Surveyor (Rural) Associate or Salaried Partner:

  • Provide professional consultancy services to private clients, landowners, and rural enterprises.
  • Manage a varied workload while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Deliver timely and effective advice on land, buildings, and rural business assets.
  • Contribute to the firm’s growth by identifying new revenue streams and service opportunities.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a small but ambitious team.

 What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should bring:
MRICS qualification (Rural Pathway preferred)
At least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in rural surveying
✅ Strong understanding of rural land management and valuation practice
✅ Ability to balance multiple responsibilities with initiative and drive
✅ Excellent communication, reporting, and client liaison skills
✅ A full, clean UK driving licence
