What You’ll Be Doing as a Block Team Lead
- Look after and support a small team of 6 to 8 people on the ground.
- Keep an eye on costs and make sure everything stays within budget.
- Make sure all properties follow the latest housing laws and guidelines.
- Help organise site repairs, building updates, and general maintenance.
- Build great, friendly relationships with our clients and residents.
- Keep daily tasks on track with simple planning and clear updates.
What We’re Looking For
- Solid leadership experience within the block management sector.
- MIRPM qualified ideally, with RICS being a nice bonus.
- Well-educated, preferably with a university degree.
- Good business sense and strong property market awareness.
- Great communication skills and a friendly, adaptable approach.
- Comfortable with everyday office tech and basic data tasks.
- Confident handling numbers and pulling financial reports together.
