What Youll Be Doing as a Block Property Manager
- Liaising with leaseholders, directors, and freeholders.
- Managing compliance and safety workflows for High-Rise Buildings (HRB).
- Setting and tracking annual service charge budgets.
- Coordinating estate maintenance with vetted contractors.
- Running Section 20 workflows for major projects.
- Actioning health, safety, and fire risk assessments.
What Were Looking For
- Experience as a Block Property Manager.
- MUST have High-Rise Buildings (HRB) experience.
- Knowledge of leasehold law and safety regulations.
- TPI accreditation is preferred but not essential for this Block Property Manager role.
- Clear communication and customer service skills.
- Valid UK driving licence for this Block Property Manager portfolio.
