Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard business hours
- Taking responsibility for the delivery of large-scale infrastructure schemes across multiple sectors.
- Producing high-quality valuation reports and professional advice in line with professional guidelines and industry regulations.
- Handling complex negotiations, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and land agreements.
- Advising clients on compulsory purchase, disturbance claims, and statutory access arrangements.
- Undertaking feasibility reviews and development appraisals to guide investment decisions.
- Developing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Leading due diligence, overseeing transactions, and coordinating project work where required.
- Supporting and mentoring surveyors and junior colleagues to promote professional growth.
- Enhancing internal processes and policies to ensure best practice and efficiency.
- Acting as a senior representative of the business, engaging confidently with landowners, agents, and stakeholders.
- Chartered Surveyor (RICS) and ideally an RICS Registered Valuer.
- Experience within infrastructure, general practice, or rural surveying (covering rural, commercial, and residential assets is advantageous).
- Knowledge of compulsory purchase processes desirable, though full training is available.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a collaborative and approachable style.
- Ambitious, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK driving licence essential due to travel requirements.
