Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Support the Building Manager with day-to-day operations across premium residential developments.
- Oversee the delivery of excellent customer service and act as a key point of contact for residents, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure all maintenance, cleaning, and health & safety tasks are carried out to the required standard.
- Assist with property inspections, compliance checks, and building audits to maintain smooth operations.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient resolution of any maintenance issues.
- Support financial administration tasks including budget monitoring, invoicing, and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of building performance, maintenance schedules, and compliance reports.
- Work collaboratively with on-site teams to promote community events and enhance resident satisfaction.
- Step in to deputise for the Building Manager during periods of absence.
- Previous experience in a residential, hospitality, or facilities management environment.
- A proactive and organised individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of property operations, maintenance processes, and compliance procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- IT literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and building management systems.
- A customer-focused attitude with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification is desirable but not essential.
