The Role:
- Managing a portfolio of units.
- Tenancy Progression from point of referencing, tenant & landlord confirmations, preparing tenancy agreements and statutory notices.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisors.
- Arranging and monitoring works, maintenance, and repairs.
- Carry out property inspections and reporting to landlords.
- Compiling rental and contractor payments on a weekly basis.
- Negotiating terms of tenancy renewals; alongside directors & lettings team.
- Mediating between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes.
- Handling tenancy deposit returns.
- Advising the landlord on how to receive the best financial return on their portfolio.
- Overseeing complete refurbishments to ensure increased rental income.
- Keeping in close contact with the sales team if your landlord is looking to add to the portfolio.
- Dealing with the more weird and wonderful properties in the portfolio.
